Arbitrary 3D geometry

Railway gauging analysis determines whether a rail vehicle fits within the space available along a route. The accuracy of that analysis depends entirely on the geometry used to model the track, and real track geometry combines horizontal alignment, vertical profile and cant simultaneously.

WagonFit’s internal solver handles any combination of track geometry, computing the correct position of every axle and carbody in real time at every position along the route, working from the real 3D geometry of the track without simplifications.
